NITROGEN PUMP & VAPORIZER SYSTEMS

PATENTED HEAT RECOVERY DESIGN

The HPTT, Inc. patented heat recovery nitrogen pump and vaporizer system is an example of the engineering excellence that has placed HPTT, Inc. at the forefront of nitrogen pumping technology.

The dynamometer, or water brake, converts unused engine horsepower and waste system heat to usable heat. Using the dynamometer eliminates the fired vaporizer and hydraulic engine loading systems used by conventional units, thereby reducing: fuel costs, maintenance time, and down time. The result is a safe, dependable unit capable of operating under the most demanding oilfield conditions.

COMPLETE UNIT LINE

Units are available ranging from flow rates of 60,000 SCFH to 1,000,000 SCFH in both the patented heat recovery design and conventional fired vaporizer design. Truck and trailer mounted for land operation, or skid mounted for combination land and offshore use. All units are available with full certification where necessary, including DNV and BP200 certification, for the demanding conditions required of equipment operating in the North Sea.

BASIC DESIGN

The basic components of the HPTT, Inc. Nitrogen Pump and Vaporizer Systems are a proprietary diesel power pack, a liquid nitrogen centrifugal charge pump, a hydraulically driven high pressure nitrogen vaporizer, and all necessary instrumentation and controls arranged for maximum operator convenience. With foresight gained from years of field experience, the functional, accessible layout of all components contribute to the overall efficiency of rig up, operator control and maintenance.
