- $ 12,000-$23,999= . 25%
- $24, 000-$35,999= . 50%
- $36,000- $47,999= . 75%
- $48, 000-$59,999= 1.00%
- $60, 000-$83,999= 1.50%
- $84, 000-$107.999= 2.00%
- $ 108,000-$131,99 = 2.50%
- $ 132,000-$200,000= 3.00%
(A One time initiation fee deposit of $25 is required, for the
first five resumes that match your requirements; when first CTI candidate is hired, we
will refund deposit in full.)
