Position                    :  Client-Server Consultant.

Job Description       : Integration of three databases, a word processor, E-mail system,                        

                                        Document Management system and synchronize Unix environment

                                        operations with DOS/ Windows utilizing (Win32 Sock) FTP.

                                        Requirement gathering, Implementation of detail design tasks, development     

                                        and deliver a front-end executable, with documentation and training.

Project                     : RFQ (Request For Quotation) is an engineering database application                                 .

                                  Database tables : 140 tables distributed over three databases

                                  Lines of code : more than 20300 lines of Ms-Visual Basic code, FTP script

                                           and Ms-Word macro language  (Word Basic).

Duties        :                   Design and develop an embedded quality control data entry (front end)

                                   system to insure database integrity.                      

                                   -develop database procedures for global geographic locations accuracy

                                     (Lat/Long) and error trapping.

                                   -Batch procedures triggered processes.

                                   -multiple RAD (Rapid Application Development) sessions for  rapid prototyping.

                                   -Develop testing and cross reference applications to verify data integrity.

Users                      : Indexing supervisors, data entry employees and DBA.

Hardware               : HP 9000 (back end)  server.

                                      Compaq 386, Dell 486, 150 HP Vectra P5/90  (User front end),
